Ancient system of education GURUKUL ages back to around 5000 BC in India. During Vedic age in India students used to get knowledge of different subjects and also about life in Gurukul, it's a concept of education wherein participants called as shishyas reside with the teacher or the guru or Acharya as part of their family.
